When does my order arrive?
Your order will be handed over to the carrier within 1-3 working days. I try to do this as soon as possible! :-) After that, it takes up to 24 hours for Bpost to deliver your jewellery in Belgium.
Can I follow my order with Track & Trace?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number!
What about returns?
If you want to return your order or have any issues with your jewellery, please contact me. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Please send your item in the same condition as received in their original packaging.
How to take care of your jewellery?
● Because your jewellery is made of wood, please try to protect it from any water.
● Store in a dry and cool place.
● Avoid exposure to liquids and cosmetics.
● Do not wear your jewellery while sleeping.
● Clean gently with a soft cloth.
● Avoid dropping you jewellery on hard surfaces.
